At times in our life we feel depressed, isolated or unable to cope. Counselling provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
My counselling approach is integrative which allows me to draw on a number of counselling models including Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Person Centred and Gestalt. I also, use arts materials as an additional way of expressing feelings.
I have my own private practice which provides a safe, secure and non-judgmental environment. I am available most days and evenings.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Pyschotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
